Educational Qualification - Candidates should have MBBS Degree

1. Unreserved Candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- As Application Form Fee .
2. PWD Candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- .
3. SC / ST Candidates need to pay Rs. 125/- As Application fee in the form of Single demand draft issued by State bank of Patiala .
