Uptu Khabar is the webportal for Uttar Pradesh Technical University. This webportal is launched from the same team who managed and run MTU Khabar . UPTU Khabar is launched to serve the students of MTU and GBTU.
The main aim of this educational and informative webportal is to provide most accurate and authentic information on MTU (Mahamaya technical university) and GBTU (Gautam Buddha Technical university) at which students can rely on.
There are many reasons behind the launching of UTPU Khabar. Two basic reasons for it's launching are :
1. Due to the consistently increasing and high traffic on MTU Khabar, it was causing various server issues and problems. Which caused the students of MTU to unavailability of information.

Hence we decided to launch UPTU Khabar on blogger.com which will be hosted by Google and hence providing unlimited server space and hosting. So this will avoid the high traffic problem and will also be a relief to MTU Khabar server resources.
2. As it is decided by UP government that MTU and GBTU are going to be combined and will be remained as UPTU as it was formerly known as. So it was necessary to have same information portal of both the universities that could provide all information at one place.

Hence Uptu Khabar is launched so that all information related to MTU / GBTU / UPTU can be displayed at a common place instaed of sharing it at two different places (MTU Khabar and GBTU Khabar)
Objectives of UPTU Khabar :
There are various objectives of UPTU Khabar. One of the most important thing, that this educational portal is run by students. So it not only gives helpful information to other students but also provides lifetime experience to it's editors.
UPTU khabar is launched with the objective to serve student community in the best ways. Since it is managed by the students, for the students and to the students, so it is very clear that it can fulfil all demands of any student of UPTU in the best way.
