0 SSC FCI Exam on 3rd Feb 2013 Cancelled,Re Exam likely by 31st March

Why SSC FCI Exam Stands Cancelled? 
SSC had cancelled  the FCI Paper-II and Paper-III on 3rd February, 2013.This was informed by SSC    publicly, through its Public Twitter page

Here is What SSC Chief said on its Twitter Page,

Several Candidates, who have traveled hundreds of miles to reach the Examination venues, were seen angry and Disappointed, after the Exam was cancelled.Now, as the SSC Exam Dates will be re-scheduled, there is  every likelihood that these might clash with Exam Dates of Other Banks/ PSU's
