Space Applications Center (SAC), a centre in Ahmedabad for ISRO has recently issued a recruitment notification inviting applications for recruitment of Graduate Apprentice and Technician Apprentice posts. Interested candidates can apply for these posts through a prescribed application format on or before 12-12-2012.
Names of Posts:
1. Graduate Apprentice- The posts are available in following departments
i. Electronics & Communication Engg.
ii. Mechanical Engg.
iii. Computer Engg./Computer Science/Information Technology
iv. Electrical Engg.
v. Library Sci. /Library & Information Sci.
vi. Hotel Management & Catering Technology
2. Technician Apprentice- The posts are available in following departments
i. Hotel Management & Catering Technology
ii. Electronics & Communication Engg.
iii. Technician Apprentice (Mechanical Engg.
iv. Computer Engg./Computer Sci./ Information Technology
v. Electrical Engg.
vi. Secretarial Practice / Commercial Practice
Age Limit: Candidate should have a maximum age of 26 years for Technician Apprentice (Secretarial Practice/ Commercial Practice) and 35 years for remaining posts as on 12-12-2012. (Age relaxations will there as per govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidate applying for the post should have a degree in B.E/ B.Tech (First Class), Graduation + Master Degree (First Class)/ Bachelor’s Degree (First Class)/ Diploma (First Class) in the relevant field from a recognized University.
