1. Senior Technical Assistant – 01 UR
Department: Directorate of Cashew nut & Cocoa Development Pay Scale : Rs.9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- (General, Central Service Group „B‟, Non-Gazetted)
Qualification: Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience : Two years experience in the field of Horticultural/Agricultural
Development/Extension/Planning/Research/ Marketing with particular reference to Cashew nut and/or other plantation crops.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years

2. Instructor – 01 UR
Department : Central Institute of Fisheries, Nautical & Engineering Training Pay Scale : 9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- (General, Central Service Group „B‟, Non-Gazetted, Non- Ministerial)
Qualification : Master‟s Degree in Zoology of Fishery Science or Industrial Fisheries from a recognized University or Post Graduate Diploma in Fishery Science from Central Institute of Fishery Education, Mumbai. OR Bachelor of Fishery Science (Nautical Science) from a recognized University.
Experience : One year for Masters Degree Holders and Three years for Bachelors Degree Holders in Sea Fishing and Gear Fabrication.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years
3. Assistant – 02 UR
Department : Office of the Development Commissioner,Cochin Special Economic Zone Pay Scale : 9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- (Group „B‟, NonGazetted)
Qualification : i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent
ii) Knowledge in Word Processing and
iii) minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English Typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi Typewriting.

4. Draughtsman Grade-I

B. Seaman – Customs Preventive Commissioner, Cochin : 27 Posts (UR – 18 ; OBC – 07 ; SC – 02)

Qualification : i) 10th Class pass or equivalent
ii) Certificate of competency as “Mate of fishing vessel” issued by Marine Mercantile Department.
Experience : Three years experience in sea going mechanized vessel with two years in helmsman and seamanship work.
Age Limit : 18 – 25 years
